• As we have been praying and seeking God’s best for the future of CPA, we are beyond excited to be able to share what is in store for the fall of our 2017-2018 school year!

    Registration Dates:

    * Currently enrolled CPA families and siblings – January 23rd

    * Open to the Public – February 3rd (beginning at 8:30am) TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS!

    A yearly non-refundable registration fee of $100 is required along with a completed registration form which is due at the time of registration in order to officially hold your child’s spot.

    Monthly Tuition:

    Our tuition fees are figured on an annual cost for the program broken into nine equal monthly payments for your convenience. No adjustments will be made for sick days, vacation days, or short months due to calendar holidays. Tuition is due on the first school day of each month. If tuition is not paid on time, a $20 late charge will be added. If your child(ren) is sick the day tuition is due, payment is expected the first day your child returns.

    Infant Tuition: 

    * 2 day $300

    * 4 day $500

    All Other Ages:

    * 2 day $210

    * 3 day $300

    * 4 day $390

    ** Credit cards and automatic draft now available

    Sibling discount:

    For a family of 2 or more students enrolled, there is a sibling discount of $10 off per student, per month. For example: If you have two children who are both enrolled in our 2 day option, tuition will be $200 per child, per month instead of $210 per child, per month.

    Supply Fee- Due twice a year in September and January:

    * 2 day $50

    * 3 day $60

    * 4 day $70

    • Younger Toddlers - 2 Day
    • Older Toddlers - 2 day
    • Twos 2 day, 3 day
    • Threes 2 day, 3 day, 4 day
    • Fours 2 day, 3 day, 4 day Mon/Wed or

    The enrollment form is a requirement of the state and closely monitored by licensing. Please review the tips below in order to ensure your paperwork is completed correctly.  Incomplete forms will delay registration for your child. 

    • No blanks. Each space must contain data.  If something does not apply please write N/A. 
    • Make sure to provide full name, address, zip and phone number where requested.  
    • Emergency contact outside of the immediate household must be on file, so please do not list a parent as emergency contact.  
    • Parent signatures. Please do not leave any signature line blank.

    Enrollment Instructions:

    1. Please complete the following forms to secure your child’s spot:

      2. CPA Operational Policies Signature Page
      3. Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $100
    2. Form required to start preschool but DOES NOT have to be turned in upon enrollment is Admission Information Form which includes:
      1. Immunizations – shot records must be current as of August 2016.
      2. Health Care Statement – A signed statement by your child’s physician is required. 
      3. Every child four (4) years of age or older is required to have a vision and hearing screening yearly. This can be done by your child’s physician. We must have current record of this screening for your child to be in care.

    Children will not be allowed to attend preschool without all these documents on file by the first day of school.
